Build your roundtable storyboard

Six acts, your team, your photographs. One narrative the room recognises before any instrument is named.

Photographs stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on a Compass server, and the storyboard disappears when you close the page — so write for the room, and use seats and roles rather than names.

Leadership team — six acts

  1. Act I

    The room

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

  2. Act II

    The tell

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

  3. Act III

    The diagnosis

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

  4. Act IV

    The vocabulary

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

  5. Act V

    The system change

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

  6. Act VI

    The result

Add a photograph of the room, the board, the whiteboard — whatever this act actually looks like.

The storyboard is the opening plate of the roundtable, not the work itself. Act V is the one that decides whether anything holds: a practice without a system change is awareness, and awareness is not an intervention.
