Compass marks
The marks carrying the notice.
These marks are claimed as common-law trademarks of Compass Performance, Inc. through use in commerce. No federal registration is asserted for them. The notice appears at first mention on a page; omitting it elsewhere on that page is a matter of house style, not a waiver of rights.

Product names
Named instruments and disciplines.
These are the names of Compass disciplines, diagnostics and working instruments. They are written as plain names rather than carrying a notice. Compass Performance, Inc. asserts its rights in them and in the underlying methods, materials and content.
