Who we are
Compass Performance, Inc. runs this website and the Free Daily Planner. Questions or requests about your information: skopecky@compassperformanceinc.com.
Visiting the website
You can read the whole website without an account. Our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
This site does not set advertising cookies. Its typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. What the site keeps in your browser is listed under “Cookies and browser storage” below.
“Schedule a Conversation” opens our booking calendar on HubSpot Meetings in a new tab; what you enter there is handled by HubSpot for Compass. “Send an Email” opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it.
The Free Daily Planner
The planner asks for a verified email address before use (an emailed sign-in link, or Google sign-in). What we keep is listed below. Your goals, tasks, Daily Frog, law of three, blocks, notes and calendar entries stay in your browser on your device. They are never sent to Compass, our database or our CRM, and they are erased automatically 72 hours after you first save each day.
If you answer the optional “Which situation sounds most like you?” question, your answer (and any short “Other” note) stays on this device and is used only to suggest Compass articles. It is not a verified identity, it is not sent to Compass, our database or HubSpot, and it is separate from marketing email. Change it or choose “Prefer not to say” under “Your data”; signing out or deleting your planner data clears it.
Authorized Compass administrators, who must use two-step verification, can view reports built from the planner records listed here: counts and trends such as sign-ups, sessions, days closed, broad planning areas and consent choices. Reports never include your planner content, and no email addresses are shown in them. Deleting your planner data removes you from future reports.
We may record your planner account summary (the items below, never your planner content) in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, so we can follow up appropriately. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the optional box, and you can withdraw at any time.

Consent records
When you make a storage choice or a planner consent choice, we record the choice, the notice version and the time, with an anonymous id (or your planner account id). We keep these records 36 months so we can show what was agreed.
Your choices
You can, at any time:
- change your storage choice with “Cookie preferences” in the footer;
- turn optional marketing email on or off in the planner under “Your data”;
- change or clear your optional planner situation under “Your data”;
- erase the planner entries on your device immediately, or sign out (which also erases them);
- delete your planner account and usage summary yourself, in the planner under “Your data”;
- ask us for a copy of, or the correction or deletion of, information we hold about you: skopecky@compassperformanceinc.com.
Free tier and fair use
The planner is free, with these limits:
- Free for one person per verified email address.
- Plan today, up to 7 days ahead, or the last 2 days.
- Up to 5 closed days are counted per day.
- Your plans stay on this device and are erased 72 hours after you first save each day.
- No paid services run when you plan: no AI, no text messages, no calendar sync.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and its version, and ask again where your consent is needed.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary storage is always on because the site needs it. Preference storage is off until you allow it. Storage choice version storage-v1-2026-10-24.
