Photography and imagery: Leader portraits, team scenes and conceptual workplace images on this site are AI-generated illustrations. They do not depict Compass Performance clients or their people.
Examples and figures: Leader situations, company profiles, scenarios and figures in role pages, articles and the CompassOS sample are composites prepared to explain the Compass approach. They are not client cases, testimonials, results or guarantees. Quotations attributed to a named source are quoted from the published record.
The CompassOS sample: The CompassOS pages show Compass Performance’s platform with example data. Changes made there are not saved, and the sample is not connected to any client system, CRM or live data source.
Your choices on this device: The role you select is remembered in this browser’s local storage between visits only if you allow preference storage (Cookie preferences in the footer); otherwise it lasts for your visit. It is not sent to Compass. Self-assessment answers stay in the open browser tab. Details are in the Privacy notice.
Courses and the Free Daily Planner: The Daily Practice course keeps what you type in its own exercises only in the open page. The Free Daily Planner asks for a verified email; Compass keeps that email, your consent choices and a usage summary, as described in the Privacy notice. Each day you plan is saved in this browser on this device and erased 72 hours after it was first saved; it is never sent to Compass. iCalendar files you open are read on your device and never uploaded. Its worked example and queued project items are composites. Links to the original Compass tools open the Compass website, where the original sheets can keep your unsaved entries on your device and some optional features send entries to a server.
