- Each person has a single sheet: my objectives, my leading measures, my cadence.
- Capability required by the objective is either present or on a development plan.
Evidence required
- The individual objective sheet, dated and acknowledged.
- Capability inputs: Leadership Capability, DISC, PQ® where relevant.
