A few common questions about what we need, how long it takes, and where your information goes.

What details do you need for a strong nomination?

At minimum: the proposed guest’s name, their role and company, and a sentence or two on why their experience is worth studying. A LinkedIn profile and any previous speaking or podcast links help us move faster. You do not need to have contacted them first — we will reach out.

How long until I hear back?

Steve reviews every nomination personally, usually within five business days. If the story fits a Compass discipline you selected, we follow up to frame the conversation. Recording is a single 45-minute remote session, with questions shared in advance.

What happens to my submission in your system?

Your nomination is stored in our CRM as a contact record so Steve can track and follow up on it. We use your email only to reply about this nomination and the related episode — we will not add you to marketing lists or share your details with anyone else.
