By the twelfth session those objects are a working operating playbook and a live 90-day plan — with owners, measures, milestones and a review cadence already in place.
Twelve working sessions
Two hours each, virtual and interactive, worked on your own business. Core and advanced applications run inside the same session.
The program runs as twelve working sessions across three months. Cohort scheduling and the terms of participation are confirmed in a conversation before anyone joins, so the group is built from businesses ready for the work.
