FOUNDATION™ · Guided practice

The reps, out loud, so the practice runs without you having to remember it.

Each track belongs to a phase of the coaching path. The voice is generated on your own device and the timing carries the work — nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded, and no track leaves your browser.

The ninety-second rep

Build the pause. One short sensory rep, repeated three times a day, is what makes an interrupt possible later.

Before you press play

Sit still. Feet on the floor, hands somewhere you can feel them. Nothing to solve for ninety seconds.

Headphones help. Nothing is recorded.
  1. Settle. Let the breath out longer than you took it in.

    Hold 12 seconds

  2. Put all of your attention into the tips of two fingers. Rub them together slowly.

    Hold 20 seconds

  3. Now the soles of your feet. Weight, temperature, contact.

    Hold 20 seconds

  4. Now sound. Take the furthest sound you can hear and stay with it.

    Hold 20 seconds

  5. Name what you notice in one word. Not a story. One word.

    Hold 12 seconds

  6. That is the rep. Three of these a day is the training dose.

    Hold 4 seconds
