Bring up the list of things you are carrying at work. Do not organise it.

Find one item you are holding because letting go feels risky, not because it needs you.
Hold 20 seconds
Notice what the pattern says would happen if you handed it over.

Now ask honestly: what would actually happen, and what would it cost to find out?

Open your eyes. Write one item to stop, one to hand over, one to finish.
Hold 24 seconds
The hand-over is not complete until a standard and a review date exist.
