Purpose

Confirm that the plan sits inside your decision rights before you commit a date to the client.

Prerequisites

  • Draft delivery plan (WI-625)
  • Credit decision (WI-620)

Steps

  1. Check the plan against the RASCI for this request type.
  2. Inside your rights: continue to confirmation (WI-630).
  3. Outside your rights, such as a date change above two days or a scope change, ask the process owner for a decision the same day.
  4. Record which path you took.

Quality checks

  • No date committed outside your rights without the process owner’s decision.
  • The decision path recorded on the request.

Output and evidence

  • RASCI check recorded on the request
