You do the work the plan depends on.

You turn accepted requests into delivery plans the client can rely on. You want to know what good looks like, which steps are yours, and who decides when a plan does not fit.

Context: Same company and process as the Functional Executive example, seen from the seat of the person doing the work. Scenario: Mid-market services company · Request to delivered service.

Your path, step by step

  1. Know the intent your work serves

Every client request delivered on the agreed date, across four functions

  2. See your goal beside the company goal

Your goal: every plan you own confirmed to the client in writing within one working day of credit approval

  3. Find your steps and who decides

Plan-confirmed handoff · your steps: you are Responsible for drafting the plan, checking it against the RASCI and confirming it to the client; the process owner is Accountable.

  4. Know your procedure and role

PRO-15 Plan-confirmed handoff · Delivery Planner (delivery specialist)

  5. Follow your numbered work instructions

    WI-625 · Delivery plan draft → WI-628 · RASCI check before confirming → WI-630 · Plan confirmation

  6. Show the evidence and learn in review

Draft delivery plans · Weekly team huddle
