Purpose
Measure whether people use the new ERP workflows as designed 60 days after go-live, and decide together what to reinforce.
Prerequisites
- 60 days since go-live
- Adoption measures agreed in the training needs matrix
Inputs
- Workflow usage by department (aggregate)
- Hypercare issue trends
- Super-user observations
Steps
- Extract workflow usage by department from Northstar’s reporting (aggregate figures only).
- Compare each workflow with the 85% adoption target.
- Analyze: where is adoption below target, and why?
- Refine: choose reinforcement actions (refresher, job aid, process fix) with owners.
- Commit: the sponsor confirms actions and the next measurement date.
- Record the results as authorized engagement data for the advisor’s Workbench.
Safety and quality checks
- Adoption is measured on aggregate data, never by individual.
- Each reinforcement action has one accountable owner.
- Only the agreed aggregate figures leave Northstar’s systems.

- ARC review record with committed actions
