The stream, stage by stage

Seven stages, in order. The first is intent; the last is a Tuesday. Nothing in between is optional, because the stream fails wherever it is cut.

Stage 01 · Strategic intent

Ownership and the executive team state what must be true about the enterprise three to five years out, and name the few objectives that carry it. This is the only stage where the answer is allowed to be aspirational.
